Worked very good to remove fungus. By soaking and using daily this product, it stared to look better after a few days.Final Update 04/10/2020Listerine was also a bust. Spent sometime since my last review and finally found a product that worked for me called Arishine Fungus Treatment. In about 3 weeks time, the use of Arishine had stopped the fugus growth and softened my toe nails which after soaking, allowed me to slowly remove the old nail. Now one of my nails is total gone and a new nail slowly growing back. I have 3 more nails in different stages but they are progressing like the first toe nail. I say in another couple weeks I will be cleared of this fungus and new nails will be growing back. In reviewing the ingredients Neomen also appears to be the same as Arishine but cheaper. ;-)Update 02/24/2020Well the vedict for if the product works is guilty. The fungus kept growing torwards my cuticle. Over the last 12 weeks of testing I actually worn out a finger nail file trying to help the liquid penetrate. The Vick vapor rub was no different on the other toe nails. I stopped using it 2 weeks ago and switched to another suggestion, Listerine mouth wash. After two weeks of use it appears the Listerine is stopping the progress of growth. Ill update this review in couple of weeks.Previous review.....First, I am no expert on toe nail fungus. For all I know there may be different types of fungus that grows on toe nails and this product may only work for some of them. What I do know is I have 4 toe nails affected by some form of fungus. I ask my doctor for her recommendation and she prescribed an ointment. When I went to the Pharmacy I found out it would cost me about $200. The pharmacist stated its very expense, maybe try Vicks first. Vicks the medicated rub? Yes.. Anyway, I decided to look for some cheaper over the counter remedy and came across this Fungavir so I decided to buy the 2 bottle package of Fungavir for $75, including tax. I also bought a bottle of Vicks vapor rub for $10. Since I had 4 toe nail affected I figured I'll use the Fungavir on 3 nails and the 4th I'll test the Vicks vapor rub. I started to apply these medications on December 19th, 2019. Its been over a month now. All 4 toe nails appeared to have changed to a darker color but the fungus growth has not stopped. I been applying the Fungavir medication as directed, at least 3 sometimes daily and every couple of days using a nail file on the affected areas. Also I did the same for the Vicks toe nail. I would allow the ointment to sit for 15 to 20 minutes before putting on my socks and on weekends I would not wear socks around the house. Being a month later I would have expected to see the fungus growth to stop but it hasn't. In reading other reviews some have stated it has taking many weeks before they seen any positive results. I have already used about a tad more than half of one bottle. In closing, I will update my review once the bottle of Fungavir is empty. In comparison to the Vicks vapor rub, I see no different between the toe nails. Both discolored the nail but neither appeared to have slowed or stopped the fungus growth. Both medications are still pleading their cases and in another couple of weeks the verdict will be in. I am hoping for this product does start to cure my toe nail fungus growth, I hate to have to spend another $200 for prescription stuff. The WEB site does state there is a 60 day money back guarantee so hopefully the verdict will be in before then.I have been struggling with toenail fungus on my two big toenails for 24 years (and two closest toes for the past three). The problem started when I was 19 years old—with a minimum wage job that required lots standing while wearing pantyhose and dress shoes. Like the beginning of an overly dramatic novel, this was the start of a challenge that has consumed more attention, energy, money, and concern than I want to acknowledge. Now at age 43, Fungivir is working. I am three months and three bottles into use—and, stunningly, I am healing. I stare at my toes for unreasonable lengths of time, because I can't quite believe that something, finally, is actually working.I have attempted from every direction to heal this. A positive outcome from all of these efforts is that my health is optimal in all other ways, with my diet and exercise dialed in, and my blood counts damn-near perfect. So, a happy consequence of trying from every angle—holistic and allopathic—to heal this, could be satisfying enough, but if it were just an aesthetic challenge, I think I would have just made peace with it years ago. The fungus that calls my toes 'home' brings with it burning pain if I don't relentlessly tend to it.I have invested an estimated $5,000, working with four different doctors (two allopaths, two naturopaths), completed three rounds of anti-fungal pills, 2 rounds of laser therapy, and tried at least ten different topical products. One of these topical products has at least prevented the infection from completely destroying my nails, making it possible to (kind-of) mask it with dark toenail polish. I have gone through 100+ bottles of that product. It was a frustrated, late-night Amazon search that led to my finding Fungivir. I was wooed by the sweet video testimonials of other desperate-to-be-healed souls. All of which is why I'm stunned: this stuff is working. It is, actually, working.I am grateful. And stunned. Did I mention I'm stunned? Yes, stunned.I put this on religiously, and do believe it is working, however, seems like it almost is just pacifying what's there but not fully healing it. Unless, it just takes longer than I expected? I'm putting this on several times per day (minimum twice--once in the morning and once at night) and would have expected more healing by now. I'll let you know in 6 months.I've been using this product aggressively for a month. One toe nail has completely cleared up. My big toe had the most problem. It has stopped the spread and so far I would say my toe nail has cleared up about 70 %. I'm retired so its easy for me to apply 4 times a day and that seems to be key in clearing up nail fungus..... Ok, update. at 3 months and 2 bottles into using this product my nails have completely cleared up. I went from applying 4 times a day down to twice a day. The key for me was applying under the nail. Once I started applying under the nail and leaving my toes pointed up while absorbing the application it took about 3 weeks for my fungus to appear to be completely gone. I have a slight discoloration of the nails. I read other reviews that said the same thing. A slight amber hue where the fungus was most pronounced. But now even that discoloration is clearing up. The hue is nothing compared to what the infected area looked like. There was an actual blistering of the nail itself. Raised and infected looking. The nail first started smoothing out then the discoloration began and now that I no longer need to apply the discoloration is disappearing. I've never had a fungus problem in my 58 years of life. This was the first for me. I'm glad I was able to remedy it this way without taking medication. If I ever have this problem again I'll use this product again. Now I'm shopping for a shoe spray to spray the inside of my shoes with to prevent reoccurrence.
